In the heart of Trastevere, a few steps from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, Merisù prepares tiramisù to order, right in front of every guest. Since 2016 our store at Via di San Francesco a Ripa 29 has been the birthplace of the Tiramishow®, the experience that turns preparing tiramisù into a show to be lived before it is even tasted.
Every portion is prepared fresh with savoiardi biscuits, mascarpone cream and coffee brewed in a Neapolitan moka pot, following the Merisù recipe. Alongside the traditional tiramisù you will also find flavours such as Pistachio, Strawberry, Mixed Berries, Oreo & Nutella, as well as vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options, always prepared on the spot.
